Andrew is the Managing Director of SACS. He is a qualified psychologist with over 25 years of strategic human resource management consulting experience.
Andrew commenced his career in Melbourne, providing HR consulting and executive recruitment services, before heading offshore for 4 years in order to gain some international experience. Whilst offshore, he occupied the role of Regional Director in Asia, and Managing Director in the United Kingdom for an international human resources consulting firm.
Andrew has provided human resources consulting services in areas such as organisational restructures, performance management, career transition management, team development, cultural assessment and change management. He is a passionate student of global human resources trends and speaks regularly on these subjects. He is also a very experienced and skilled workshop developer and facilitator and has provided training and development services to a range of clients at executive levels.
Clare McCartin is a Director at SACS Consulting. Clare has completed a Bachelor of Behavioural Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Employee Relations. Clare has also completed a Master of Commerce, majoring in Human Resource Management and Employee Relations. Clare’s thesis examined the human aspects of governance, specifically the frequency and types of performance appraisals within Australian boards. Clare is a leader of our Executive Search team. Since joining SACS Consulting in 2002, Clare has conducted hundreds of Chief Executive and Senior searches in the not-for-profit, State and Local Government sectors. Her networks across these sectors are outstanding and she brings a reputation as an energetic, people focused individual with a genuine commitment to delivering her clients high quality outcomes that are in the best interests of both the employer and the employee.
In addition, Clare has been extensively involved in the delivery of competency based human resources projects and has used this model to develop performance assessment and development tools and remuneration reviews for various organisations within both commerce and government organisations.
Clare is an active corporate member of IPAA, LG Pro, MAV, AWA, LASA and Procurement Australia.
Cameron Norton is a Consultant in the Executive Recruitment team at SACS Consulting. He is qualified with a Bachelor of Business (Honours) specialising in Human Resources from La Trobe University. At SACS, Cameron works across the Local Government, State Government and Not for Profit sectors and is a new asset to the team.
Cameron brings a broad set of expertise in organisational development, strategic human resources, change management, culture change, recruitment and communications across the public sector. With a committed to quality, Cameron is a dedicated professional providing a high level of customer service and delivering results.
Jarrod is a Director with SACS Consulting and has completed a Bachelor of Business at RMIT, specialising in Human Resource Management. Prior to joining SACS he had a human resources and customer service background working with a multinational organisation for a number of years, and since joining the business has been an active member on the Management Team, becoming a Director in 2010.
At SACS Jarrod is a leader of the Executive Recruitment Team and has specialist expertise and a passion for the broader public and not for profit sectors in which he works with. His work encompasses a broad range of disciplines, however has been explicitly centered around senior executive appointments and specialist search appointments. Throughout his career Jarrod has conducted a significant number of high level executive appointments working directly with Boards and senior executives.
Jarrod is an active corporate member of IPAA, LG Pro, MAV, AWA, LASA and Procurement Australia.
Brendan Heland is the Psychological Testing Coordinator at SACS Consulting and has completed a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) at Monash University, specialising in Research, Design and Analysis. He has a background in customer service and provides technical support for the SACS Consulting Psychometric Assessment Portal.
At SACS Consulting Brendan is part of the Human Resource Consulting team, specialising in psychometric assessments and data analysis. Brendan’s background in psychology and mathematics enables SACS Consulting to conduct thorough and precise statistical analysis.
Sarah Fischer is a Consultant and Provisional Psychologist with SACS Consulting. She is qualified with both a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Arts (Interdisciplinary Studies) from the University of Pittsburgh. Furthermore, Sarah is currently undertaking a Master of Psychology at Deakin University following on from her Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology. Sarah brings a wealth of expertise in people development, leadership coaching, project management and client relationship management as well as research and analysis.
At SACS Consulting, Sarah is working in Human Resource Management Consulting across all sectors. Sarah’s background in psychology and analysis of people development and behaviour provides a thorough technical capacity which adds significantly to SACS capacity to undertake human resources investigations and reviews.
