My name is Andrew Marty, and I am the MD of SACS. Welcome and thank you for visiting our web site. SACS is an integrated human resource consulting firm. In our family of HR offerings page you will see that we offer a range of competency based HR services which fall into two broad categories – executive search and selection services and HR management consulting.
The page headed “What We Stand For” tells you something about our values. In short the people who work at SACS are committed to making a difference to the people we interact with through the quality of our work and our values. We have been very fortunate in drawing together a team of people who want to achieve excellence in delivery and live out a set of values revolving around respect for everyone we interact with; integrity, ethics and honour; and a restless commitment to doing things consistently better.
We have a strong research and development focus at SACS. We constantly review the content of all our services to see what represents best practice locally and internationally and we change these offerings regularly, either through adopting innovative practice or through our own innovation. Thousands of people have attended our seminar programmes, our business breakfasts and our executive forums, where we share the latest issues in leadership, workforce planning, and people management generally with our clients and contacts. When people tell us what they think of SACS, one of the most consistent pieces of feedback, and certainly one that we are proudest of, is that we are thought leaders.
